Job Summary:
The Business Systems Functional Analyst’s role is to plan, design, develop, and launch efficient business, financial, personnel, and operations systems in support of core organizational functions and business processes. The Functional Analyst has responsibility for functional requirements, design, and detailed SAP configuration across multiple modules. The Functional Analyst is responsible for configuring and testing business systems to implement new features and functions, correct problems and issues, and enhance current operations. The Functional Analyst is also responsible for generating and compiling reports based on their findings, complete with probable causes and possible solutions to systems issues. This individual will apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of IT system investments.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
Serve as the designated functional expert on SAP modules used by business.

Meet with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and identify and resolve systems issues.

Prototype new features, functions, modules, and systems for the purpose of enhancing business processes, operations, and information process flow.

Review and analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.

Prepare and deliver reports, recommendations, or alternatives that address existing and potential trouble areas in operating systems across the organization.

Collaborate in the planning, design, configuration, development, test, and deployment of new features, functions, modules, applications, and enhancements.

Create system design proposals.Create systems models, specifications, diagrams and charts to provide direction to system programmers.

Identify and establish scope and parameters of systems analysis in order to define outcome criteria and measure-taking actions.

Coordinate and perform in-depth tests, including end-user reviews, for modified and new systems, and other post-implementation support.

Provide orientation and training to end users for all modified and new systems.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
SAP architecture with working knowledge of configuration in any of the following modules: SD, PP, MM, FI/CO, WM, and QM, as well as their associated business processes.

PC operating systems and standard desktop applications.

Importing data for use in report software, spreadsheets, graphs, and flow charts.

SAP tools: LSMW, SapQuery, Report Painter, Report Writer, Logistic Information Systems, Sapscript, or Smartforms is preferred.

Employ standard project management approach to accomplishment of tasks.

Conduct research into system issues and products.

Read, interpret and apply content of technical publications, manuals, and online content.

Communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

Train users in the use of business systems processes.

Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.

Work autonomously, as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

Special Requirements:
On-call availability.Ability to work shifts, weekends, and holidays if required.Occasional evening and weekend work to meet deadlines.

Job Summary:
The Order Filler / Picker is responsible for filling customer orders and delivering them to the shipping belt or dock in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Filler is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Order Picking: Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is loaded and shipped. Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or belts with material handling equipment.

Repack: Repack and label any orders that require such handling when necessary. Report quality variances.

Quality: Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage.

Equipment: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts and electric jacks in performance of order filling duties when required. On a daily basis, inspect and perform minor maintenance on the equipment.

Inventory: Ensure inventory items are pulled in such a manner that keeps products organized, neat and free of damage. Ensure no more than one partial carton is opened at any time.

Safety, Sanitation, Security: Maintain a clean, neat and orderly warehouse. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety. Comply with Company safety training methods and OSHA / MSDS Standards.

Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience (the minimum level of direct experience in a similar position) 1 year

Knowledge/Experience/Skills: The Order Filler / Picker must be able to read and count accurately, do simple math, and write legibly. The Order Filler/Picker must be capable of sitting, standing, and walking for extended periods of time. The ability to follow directions is extremely important.

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Assistant – International is primarily responsible for performing customer service activities and sales support on product information and goods purchased; also providing support in all daily business activities.

Normal work schedule will be approximately Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Attend to customer needs: Product Information, Product Availability, Pricing Inquiries
• Receive, enter, and process customer orders and sample requests
• Prepare appropriate documentation for export shipments.
• Coordinate order information with warehouse to ensure delivery of products
• Communicate backorder and order status information to customers
• Handle product returns, research price discrepancies, and other miscellaneous credits
• Perform everyday office duties (i.e. faxing, filing, etc.)
• Prepare literature for mass mailings
• Compose and type sales correspondence, memos and reports
• Assist Credit Dept. with researching shipments, providing customers with account statements and requesting payment information on outstanding invoices
• Attend mandatory Sales Meetings, Training Meetings as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of: Basic telephone, general office, math/accounting and customer service procedures, basic computer operations, SAP and word processing & spreadsheet programs specifically MS Office applications.

Ability to: Read, write, compose and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, perform basic research, handle multiple tasks, follow directions, and work safely in an office environment. Must be able to prioritize work, have strong time management skills and utilize computer for email communications, word processing and spreadsheet software.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  High School Diploma or GED Experience:  1 Year
Notes:  Education (preferred level) High School Graduate or Equivalent; 2 years college a plus.

SAP experience is highly preferred.

• Perform light typing
• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of: Basic telephone, general office, math/accounting and customer service procedures; basic computer operations, SAP and word processing & spreadsheet programs
specifically Excel spreadsheet.

Ability to: Read, write, perform basic research, compose and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, handle multiple tasks, follow directions, and work safely in an office environment. Must be able to prioritize work, have strong time management skills and utilize computer for email communications, word processing and spreadsheet software.
