Job Title: Sales Specialist

Job Summary:
The Sales Specialist is responsible for learning the full line of MCR Safety products and assisting their Sales Manager with managing the distributors within their assigned territory.

Normal work schedule will be Monday – Friday.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
. Initiate telephone sales
· Maintain sales and call records
· Attend sales meetings as required
· Coordinate communications with other operations for proper handling of customer accounts
· Meet assigned quotas and sales objectives
· Assist senior level sales as needed
· Establish relationships with your distributors
· Periodic sales trips as required
· Identify sales opportunities within your assigned territory
· Maintain positive attitude and open-line of communication with co-workers and customers
· Assist other teammates with projects, calls, bids, special pricing and customer inquiries
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of: Sales and marketing techniques, computer and telephone operations, customer service and order procedures, proper phone etiquette and effective communication skills.

Ability to: Read, write, perform basic arithmetic, communicate effectively, handle multiple tasks, follow directions and work safely in an office environment.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  Bachelor Degree Experience:  2 Years
Notes:  A. Education: High School diploma, Bachelors degree preferred.

B. Knowledge/Experience/Skills: At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in the PPE industry, or 3 years customer service experience. Familiar with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.


Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is primarily responsible for performing customer service activities and sales support on product information and goods purchased. Also providing support in all daily business activities.

Normal work schedule will be approximately Monday - Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
· Attend to customer needs regarding product information, product availability and
pricing
· Receive, enter and process customer orders and sample requests
· Coordinate order information with warehouse to ensure delivery of products
· Communicate backorder and order status information to customers
· Answer multi-line phone system
· Perform light typing
· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of: Basic telephone, general office, math skills and customer service procedures; basic computer operations, SAP and word processing & spreadsheet programs, specifically Excel spreadsheet.

Ability to: Read, write, perform basic research, compose and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, handle multiple tasks, follow directions, and work safely in an office environment. Must be able to prioritize work, have strong time management skills and utilize computer for email communications, word processing and spreadsheet software.

Special Requirements:
Have good organizational skills and be detail oriented; work independently is extremely important.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  High School Diploma or GED Experience:  2 Years
Notes:  2 years college a plus.


Job Title: Credit Assistant

Job Summary:
Credit Assistant is primarily responsible for posting all payment transactions including lockbox checks, wire transfers, ACH payments, EFT payments, and credit card payments. Also assists Credit Managers in daily management and collection of customers’ accounts.

Essential Functions, Duties and Responsibilities:
· Communicate with customers, staff, managers and officers in a professional manner
· Responsible for timely applying customer payments and ensuring checks are properly applied
· Daily entry and balancing of checks, wires, ACH, EFT, and credit card payments
· Contact customers regarding payment DT's/short payments or overpayments and note accounts accordingly
· Maintain adjustments for accounts
· Check the system daily for invoices which did not transmit properly via fax or EDI and resend them accordingly
· Perform research to gather information necessary for Credit Managers to manage accounts
· Respond to credit reference inquiries received on customer accounts
· Assist in answering the credit phone line; maintaining credit-A/R filing; and faxing past due invoices
· Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Strong verbal, grammatical, organizational and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to prioritize job functions
· Ability to use office equipment such as computer terminal, copier, calculator, fax machine and typewriter (45-50 wpm)
· Microsoft Word and Excel skills are preferable. SAP experience is a plus.

Special Requirements:
Must be able to maintain multiple tasks at once and practice effective time management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:  High School Diploma or GED Experience:  2 Years
Notes:  General Office and Accounting experience required. Customer Service experience helpful.
